Japan's first domestic organic mustard made with vinegar, which is made from our own organic potatoes. We have made an original blend of three varieties of organic mustard produced in-house. It is characterized by fresh but spicy aroma, and a good salty taste. This mustard is no longer complement to meat, but can be main dish.
The farmers can use Organic JAS(Japanese Agricultural Standard)-certified products throughout the whole process from production to processing. Based on more than 15 years of experience in organic farming, they have developed large-scale organic farming, which allows us to deliver "deliciousness" not in terms of seasoning, but in terms of crop variety, and to produce such crops in a stable organic manner.

première moutarde biologique japonaise fabriquée à partir de vinaigre issu de nos propres pommes de terre biologiques. Il s'agit d'un mélange original de trois variétés de moutarde biologique produites en interne. Elle a un arôme frais avec une pointe au nez et un bon goût salé.
Cette moutarde n'est pas un complément à la viande, elle en est la vedette. Ce sont des produits biologiques certifiés JAS, de la production à la transformation. Forte d'une expérience de plus de 15 ans dans le domaine de l'agriculture biologique, l'entreprise développe une agriculture biologique à grande échelle et est en mesure d'exprimer la "gourmandise" non pas par l'assaisonnement, mais par la variété de la culture, et par une production stable et biologique.
