The northernmost tip of Hokkaido, Kutsugata Beach on Rishiri Island, Kafuka Beach on Rebun Island, Funadomari Beach, etc. are typical beaches of Rishiri Konbu.

These beaches are blessed with all the natural environment, including tides, water temperatures, sunshine, flowing river conditions, towering mountains, and large kelp drying areas. At our shop, we deliver such high-quality Rishiri kelp as a "Kura-enclosure" that has been laid down in a brewery for another year or two and aged.

À l'extrémité nord de Hokkaido, la plage de Kutsugata sur l'île de Rishiri et les plages de Kafuka et Funadomari sur l'île de Rebun sont symboliques du kombu Rishiri.

Ces plages bénéficient d'un environnement naturel optimal : courants de marée, température de l'eau, ensoleillement, richesse des rivières aux alentours, montagnes qui s'élèvent derrière elles et vastes zones de séchage du kombu.
