It is a kelp collected along the coast of the Shiretoko Peninsula centered on the Rausu region of Hokkaido.
You can get a strong soup stock with a unique richness. Ideal for noodles and miso soup.Because the fiber is soft, it can be cooked softly as a material for boiled kelp and cooked kelp.Due to its wide width, it is also widely used for kelp rolls and kelp 〆.
You can also enjoy it as a pacifier kelp.

It is cut to a length of 13 cm.Please use 1 bag (30g) with 1 liter of water as a guide.
