4種類の北海道産の味噌に中華のテンメンジャンなどをブレンド。
さらに魚介出汁やワインも加え方酵で味わい深い味噌ラーメンに仕上げました。
北海道らしいこの麺と実際に店で食するのと変らない程に再現された味噌スープは、ご家庭で野菜や叉焼を加えるひと手間をおかけになると、いっそう美味しくいただけます。
Product features
It specially prepared without relying on the flavor of fat or the aroma of garlic.
Four kinds of Hokkaido miso are blended with Chinese sweet soybean sauce and other ingredients.
Seafood broth and wine are also added to create the miso ramen that is full of flavor.
The noodles and miso broth are as good as the ones you would get in a restaurant, but with the addition of vegetables and pork roast at home, it is even more delicious.
