Tokachi Quinoa
北海道十勝産の『キヌア』になります。
キヌアは、栄養バランスの高さから”アンデスの金の穀物”、“穀物の母”、”21世紀の主要食”と古来から現代まで重宝がられてきました。
血糖値が上がりにくい低GI食品に分類され、苦味成分サポニンを含まないので食べやすさも好評です。
キヌアには、小麦などに含まれているグルテンが含まれておらず、グルテンフリー食材であることも大きな特徴です。 グルテン過敏症の方でも安心して食べることができます。
今まではほとんど輸入品でしたが、安心な国産品の生産に成功いたしました。
オランダ開発品種の日本独占使用権を取得し、多収穫・安定供給を実現。 一般のキヌアに比べて栄養価が高いのも強みです。
農薬を使用していないため、0.1％程度、野生の「ヒエ」が混入しています。
「ヒエ」自体は雑穀として食べられますので取り除かなくても問題ありません。健康にも害はありません。
Product features
Quinoa has been called the "golden grain of the Andes," the "mother of grains," and the "main food of the 21st century" for its high nutritional balance since ancient times.
It is classified as a low-GI food that does not raise blood glucose levels, and its lack of the bitter component saponin is liked well.
Quinoa does not contain gluten, which is found in wheat and other crops, making it a gluten-free food. Even those with gluten sensitivity can eat it without worry.
Until now, most of quinoa has been imported, but we have succeeded in producing safe, domestically produced products.
We have obtained the exclusive rights to use a Dutch variety in Japan, enabling us to produce a large harvest and ensure a stable supply. Another advantage of quinoa is that it is more nutritious than ordinary quinoa.
Since no pesticides are used, about 0.1% of wild "Japanese millet" is included in the product.
The "Japanese millet" itself can be eaten as a minor grain, so there is no need to remove it. It is not harmful to your health.
