Acidite means "sour" in French. Deux also means "two" in French.
On October 1, 2022, we released the first edition (150 bottles limited to the brewery) on Sake Day, but it was especially popular with women and sold out in 10 days. In response to requests, it will be the second release with a limit of 1,000 pieces.

This is the side part of Rausu kelp from Hokkaido, which is cut off when shaping the kelp. It is called "akaba kelp" (red leaf kelp). Its umami is enhanced, so it produces rich broth.
