有機JAS認証取得した農産物を生産から加工まで一貫して生産することができる。有機農業１５年以上の経験から大規模有機農業を展開しており、”美味しい”を調味ではなく作物の品種から表現することができ、その作物を安定してオーガニック生産することができる。
