Lily root for this croquette, is a luxury ingredient that takes 4 to 5 years from the time it is planted in the field to the time it is harvested. We use lilies produced in Makubetsu-town, which are characterized by their soft sweetness and chewy texture. It is also rich in dietary fiber, folic acid, and other healthful nutrients.
