Product features

[English]
02 Raclette: Raw milk from Tokachi region is used and aged for at least three months. It has a mild flavor when eaten as is, but when heated, it becomes more appealing with just the right amount of aroma.
The size is perfect for a mini frying pan which fits a raclette oven. Just the right size to put on a piece of bread as it is! When baked with fried tofu and green onion in a toaster oven, it melts from the inside and makes a delicious side dish or snack!
