沖縄産豚三枚肉を元琉球王家御用達の天然醸造味噌と首里の泡盛で煮込んだ柔らかな味噌ラフテー。琉球料理では味噌煮豚と呼ぶ。食品添加物不使用。冷凍真空パック。令和3年度 那覇市長賞最優秀賞、令和6年度優良県産品。わさびと海苔を添付し、絶品味噌だれを使用した“三度おいしい”食べ方 を楽しめるセット。

This tender miso rafute is made with Okinawan pork belly stewed in naturally brewed miso, a former supplier to the Ryukyu royal family, and Shuri awamori. In Ryukyu cuisine, it’s called miso-nibuta (miso-boiled pork). It’s free of food additives and is vacuum-packed frozen. It won the Naha Mayor’s Award for Best Product in 2021 and was recognized as a prefectural product in 2024. This set includes wasabi, nori seaweed, and an exquisite miso sauce, making it a “triple delicious” dish.
